Apple Agrees Settlement of $22.5 Million


Apple Agrees $22.5 Million iPod Nano Settlement

A 22.5 million settlement has been reached in the Apple iPod nano class action. The suit, which dates back to 2005, alleged that the devices scratched too easily. Cash payments to plaintiffs will likely not exceed $25 per person.

The settlement is pending court approval.
