Casey’s Wage and Hour Class Actions Reach Proposed $11.7 Million Settlement

Casey’s General Stores Inc., have reportedly reached settlements of 2 wage and hour class action lawsuits filed by plaintiffs representing about 7,800 current and former assistant managers, as well as 76,000 current and former non-management-level store employees.

The settlement of $11.7 million is subject to court approval.
