Westin Hotel reaches undisclosed settlement in valet driver negligence lawsuit.

St. Louis, MO: (Jun-04-08) An settlement has been reached in which a St. Louis Westin Hotel has agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to a man allegedly injured in a car accident involving a Westin Hotel valet driver. The accident occurred at Spruce Street in downtown Saint Louis when the Westin driver was exiting the hotel driveway and crashed into the vehicle the plaintiff was in. The plaintiffs claim that documents obtained during discovery show the Westin valet driver was reckless in handling guest vehicles prior to this incident.
