Engle and Schuster Settlement Reached

More than 200 investors who allege they were defrauded by their brokers Engle & Schuster, will be sharing a settlement of approximately $900,000.

This settlement is just one part of a larger legal battle between the investment brokers and their former clients. The two brokers have pleaded not guilty to eight felony counts of securities fraud, and court documents in the case suggest investors were defrauded out of $20 million.
