Meeting Notification for US Auto Parts Class Action Settlement
A Notification entitled "Meeting Notification for US Auto Parts Class Action Settlement" was posted on this site on July 7, 2008. The notification (of a hearing, not a meeting) correctly stated: "A hearing will be held regarding US Auto Parts Common Stock and a $10 million class action settlement, on September 29, 2008, at 8:30 a.m., before the Honorable George H. Wu at the United States Courthouse, 312 N. Spring Street, Courtroom 10, Los Angeles, CA." The notification further stated that purchasers of publicly-traded common stock of US Auto Ports Network Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTS) between February 9, 2007 and March 20, 2007 "should attend, as the decisions resulting from this hearing could affect your rights regarding the settlement." To clarify, purchasers of publicly-traded common stock of US Auto during this period are not required to attend this hearing, but may choose to attend if they wish.
