We just purchased a "new" car from a dealer. The car we intended to buy had 1140 miles on the odometer. This was also stated on the odometer discloser statement, among the purchase documents. On the way home, we noticed the odometer had more than 11,000 miles. Can you direct me to all Georgia laws regarding this issue? I would like to know the laws and my rights before confronting the dealer. Thank you
