Nationwide Mutual Insurance Reaches $6 Million Settlement
The class action lawsuit brought against Columbus-based Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., in 2005 has been settled with the reported agreement of a $6 million payout by Nationwide.
The suit alleged that Nationwide had overcharged as many as 200,000 customers for life insurance policies issued between 1990 and 2006.
