Can a ten year debt on a car loan appear on a credit report or be collected on?
I had a car repossessed over ten years ago in Maine. I never paid a dime on it and today I get a call from a local collection agency here in Ohio (lived here for last three years). The debt is no longer on my credit report and I am worried about it getting back on or the collection agency sueing me. Do I have any options?
