Being charged with hit and run, failure to offer relief, failure to report an accident, and not having my DL on me

I am being accused of hitting a 7 yr old child with my car, but I honestly don't think I hit the child. The Child was never knocked down, ran around my car to go back to ball practice, and was walking around with the parent to talk to the police officer a good half an hour after it supposidley happend. The kid ran between cars, I saw him, slammed on my brakes and stopped with the kid by my door. I told the parent/Coach that I did not see the child, and was told that's why the put the speed bumps out there. Besides maybe one parent who was in a van, the other 4 witness were on the other side of the car (passenger side) probally about 5-10 yards away. If I would have thought I hit the child I would have stopped.
