Verizon Wireless Proposes a $21 Million Early Termination Settlement

A proposed settlement has been reached in class action lawsuits alleging that Verizon Wireless flat early termination fee ("ETF") (generally $175) is illegal. The settlement will provide $21 million into a Common Fund for claims of subscribers who were charged, paid, and/or were subject to a flat ETF.
