Facebook Wins $873 Million Settlement
A court has ruled that a Canadian man who flooded Facebook - the popular social networking site - with spam must pay $873 million in damages to Facebook.The spam consisted of sexually explicit messages, which were sent directly to people's Facebook pages.
Facebook is hoping the size of the settlement will scare off anyone else with similar ideas.
