Does everyone deserve his day in court? I mean, if he suffers legitimate harms from a plausible claim of negligence, but made the mistake of hiring a lawyer off a billboard who doesn't file things timley or correctly, should he still get his day in court?
We never talked about this in civil procedure. Or if we did, I wasn't listening.
But I am thinking about it now.
