Trotz skeptischer Bemerkungen andernorts halten wir das "Bündnis für das deutsche Recht" für eine sehr sinnvolle Angelegenheit, der viel Erfolg zu wünschen ist und die sich mehr als auszahlen wird.

Der globale Wettbewerb der Rechtssysteme steht gegenwärtig an einer neuen Schwelle und Kontinentaleuropa (hier wiederum insbesondere Deutschland) tut gut daran, sich auf diesem Feld nachhaltig zu engagieren.
