Hi, I paid for some items from Indonesia via IMT. However, since making the payment I haven't heard from the supplier nor have I received the products. The company has a website SOPO TOYS and it is also advertised on one of the trading sites ECVV. What can I do to retrieve my money and have this company removed from online?
