How do I sue a lawyer who is now a district attorney that most lawyers fear upsetting?


I bought a trailer in Arkansas; I live in Oklahoma. When the trailer was delivered it was damaged. The company would not return my calls and did not fix the damage. I gave all my information, including a video of the damage, to my lawyer who said we had a case. Time went by and he said we couldn't do anything; he lost or has all of my information. He is now a district attorney and no lawyer around here will touch him. The statute of limitations is going to run out soon.
