Excessive phone calls from car loan company.


I am currently behind on my car loan. I had fallen on hard times and am trying to get back on my feet; I have every intention on making my payments on time. My car loan co. call me every day 10-15 calls/day, every 30-40mins. I've stopped answering because even when I do and make an arrangement they tell me they will still continue to call every day this way. What's the point in that; I will only have the same answer. I can't believe that legally they have the right to do this. I can see if I break the arrangement then return calling in this manner. It is really disruptive to my household as I have a 16 month old son that their calling has interupted on many occasions. Any advice would be appreciated.
