Can a company holding my loan call my husband's ex-wife cause I am late with payment after I have already talked to them


I am behind On my car payment and talked to the company asked them to pick up the car. He talked to me and gave me to february to come up with a payment. But the calls are coming in 9 to 10 calls a day and not only to me they called a lady I know who isn't related called my niece said to her they were calling all my relatives. I don't know how they got her number or that she was related to me and to top it off called my husband's ex-wife whom I do not associate with. Is this legal. I never gave them any of their numbers.
