THEY WERE IN HIS NAME ONLY..CAN THEY MAKE MY MOTHER SALE THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY TO PAY THE DEBT? THE BILLS WILL BE DUE IN ABOUT 5 DAYS..WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT CONTACTING THE CREDITORS? SHOULD WE SEND THEM DEATH CERTIFICATES AND A LETTER? SHE WAS ONLY AN AUTHORIZED USER ON THE ACCOUNTS...
