Hey apple

I am the last person to be giving out fashion advice, cf. the preceding posts. But every once in a while I see something so egregious, like a sixty-year old woman squeezed into those Juicy shorts, that I think, somebody should say something to her. Not me. Just somebody.

The other day I was in the Harvard T station. The girl walking in front of me had on a neon green dress that showed off her long legs and perfectly toned body -- except that it made her butt look ENORMOUS, I mean HUGE. And I couldn't help thinking, somebody should tell her.

Just then, two guys sidled up next to her. One looked her up and down and nodded. The other guy said, "Hey apple, you look real good." She flashed them a grin and strutted off.

So I guess somebody did tell her.
