Ooh, but on a slightly cheerier note, I am going on vaaacaaation tomorrow morning. Even though I'm not thrilled that someone, ahem, PAG, booked us on the earliest butt-crack of dawn flight EVER out of the Big City I am excited for some sun (haha pasty white opaque self get ready for some suuunscreen!) and some relaxation, and truth be told, BISMOW is excited to watch the Red Wings games in perfect silence and peace back in the Big City. He will probably watch them wearing nothing but his boxers and eat all of the chips and salsa in my entire apartment and then act surprised when I open the empty bag of chips upon return and look quizzically inside. Then he will blame the dog. Except we don't have a dog. But that is what will happen, you mark my words.
And then I will come back and do an entire research project (in one day) for some ridiculous law school course that I really shouldn't have taken my last semester of law school when things like "drive" and "ambition" have escaped me. I could work on it on the plane, but the truth of the matter is on the way there it will be PAG (window seat, she always wins that argument and I hate her for it), me (because I always get stuck in the middle, except when we went to Europe and PAG was in the middle and I thought I had won, except then she and Papa Duke spent the whole flight talking about me and I was like "Hey guys, I can hear you, I am right freaking here!! In the aisle seat!!) and then Scarlett in the aisle, and we will all either drink Bloody Mary's or sleep on each other and drool on our shoulders while ARMS throws peanuts on us from across the aisle. And so I won't really get any work done. And the way back will be reserved for sleeping. Because I said so.
Vacation. Woohoo.
