Of course the new judge wasn't going to change Judge Ellis's decision!! Anyway, Ruth, traffic is a mess down here, but we're stopping at Zabar's on the way home...Send me a message on the blackberry and tell me what everyone wants for dinner.....Ira's not coming tonight--he's got a reservation at La Coquille in Manhasset....

Also---call up the housekeeper in France--tell her to take pictures of whatever is left in the house...Mr. Prosecutor wants to see a list of stuff... Did you have a defibrillator there too??

BTW Ruth, turn off the stupid CNBC, that kid Ratigan doesn't have a clue about what he's talking about... and that Gasparino keeps saying "he's hearing about me making a deal to stay in a country club for the rest of my life"...oy, what a yacker...There are only two choices--Glen Oaks or Palm Beach Country Club....I'm thinking Florida..what's your choice, Ruth?

And, these idiots keep talking about "$50 billion" ...Oy....

Janey--take a note--Unless Jeff Zucker gets back to me before the market opens tomorrow, the price is going up on the content deal..
