Das wird Moskau nicht lustig finden: Kanada untermauert erstmals wissenschaftlich seinen Anspruch auf die Arktis. Das ist nötig, denn jeder die Rohstoffvorkommen nutzen will, muss nachweisen, dass das Gebiet mit dem eigenen Territorium verbunden ist.
