Necessity defense prevails in Texas marijuana case.

The Texas jury took only eleven minutes to deliberate.  Marijuana is powerfully beneficial medicine. What is more is that it is completely natural, which is why pharmaceutical companies will be opposed to it (anybody can grow this wonderful weed).  Legalize marijuana now, especially for medicinal use.
