Maximum Possible Weekly Fat Gain?

ADVERTISEMENTS
How much weight can a person can in a week?  I weighed-in at an even 190 before leaving for vacation last Sunday. I'm guessing I'll weigh 198 pounds tomorrow, with 2-or-so of that being water weight gain, with the balance being pure adipose.  This isn't unreasonable.  Eating 3,000 calories a day is "break even" for me when I'm also lifting weights and doing regular "cardio."  I only had one short workout last week.  It's likely I ate at least 5,000 calories each day.  The first day there I ate over 8,000 calories.  Tomorrow should be interesting.
