JUDGES IN NYC MAKE A STARTLING DISCOVERY

Posted on May 13, 2008
Police Officer?s lie!Police officers don?t lie do they? Ask any prosecutor and they will tell you police officers never lie. Most Judges in Florida feel the same way. But much like the way the water in NYC makes the bagels taste different, so must the water imbue the Judges of New York City (State and Federal) with the ability to discern when an officer has lied...

CLINTON'S NUMBERS

D DAY

Posted on May 02, 2008
DOS DE MAYOD DAYThe day our wonderful robed readers will find out if they have opposition. Will the summer be spent knocking off around 3PM and squeezing in a round of golf or a massage at the Four Seasons on Brickell (we highly recommend their spa) or trudging to endless chicken dinners at such hot spots as the Hialeah Kiwanis Club or the evening card rooms at Aventura condos? Like the German Atlantic wall (and we are ever mindful of the problems we ran into the last time we used a WWII analogy) Judges have their hired guns- political consultants, lawyer-friends, and the rumor is one even hired new Dolphin Offensive Lineman Jake Long- manning the wall in Tallahassee...

SOMETHING IS IN THE AIR

Posted on April 28, 2008
As we worked toward the swift completion of our appointed rounds today, we couldn?t help but notice that something was in the air in our beloved REGJB today. In one hallway, there was a judge grabbing a bunch of lawyers into chambers where the judge personally brewed a batch of Cuban coffee...

BILL GELIN ON JUDGE GARDINER

Posted on April 28, 2008
Broward lawyer Bill Gelin posted this on the Broward Blog and it bears repeating here:Because I believe it is highly unlikely that Broward State Attorney Mike Satz will take the necessary steps to uncover the truth in the controversy involving his friend Judge Gardiner and his prosecutors, it is once again up to the rest of us to make sure justice prevails in Broward County...

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Posted on April 21, 2008
Anonymous said...10:30, people are not anonymous because of your reasons on THIS blog. They are anonymous because they don't want to be trashed just because someone sees their name. It doesn't matter what people say. If John Doe says "it's Monday," the next 5 responses are that John Doe cant try a case, something about their past, something about their distant past, or something untrue that just sounds juicy...
