By Paul M. Bush
Sacbee.com reports: The official start Tuesday of the online revolution at the downtown Sacramento County Courthouse arrived with long lines, pleas for patience and a few "technical difficulties" as administrators booted up one of the largest Internet civil filing venues in Northern California.
