Although not quite ready to accept ECFs yet, finally, the last of 94 federal district courts, the Western District of Wisconsin, has began using CM/ECF.  It has been a long road in this process beginning many years ago.  Congrats to the federal judiciary!  This is a significant milestone in helping to eliminate practical obscurity for retrieving federal district court case information.
