Atlanta law firm Constangy Brooks gained a presence in Southern California with local firm Landegger Baron serving as of-counsel, The Recorder reported. (press release)
Landegger Baron, a 10-attorney firm with offices in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, agreed to have all its lawyers handle Constangy Brooks' clients in California.
No Constangy Brook lawyers are expected to relocate to the Landegger Baron's offices, which can now tap Constangy's 16 offices around the country as part of the deal.
