The Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court has issued its 2007 Annual Report. In addition to reporting detailed statistics on the numbers of cases filed and terminated, the Report indicates that the Court's 34 judges tried 704 jury trials and 448 bench trials. The Report also provides financial information on the Court's operations and information on the Court's various specialized dockets, including the complex litigation docket (for asbestos and other cases). The Report also outlines the Court's ADR efforts, the foreclosure program, and programs for diversion, substance abuse and probation.
