In the Ninth Circuit, It's Back to the Dark Ages for Equal Access

It is hard to find words to express how bad the decision of the Ninth Circuit is today denying equal access for a church seeking to use a library meeting room in Antioch, California for a worship service on the same terms and conditions as all other community groups.  See the decision in Faith Center v.
