Nicht nur Spiegel online titelte so. Was wirklich gemeint ist, wird schnell klar, und das Vorhaben ist aller Ehren wert. Dennoch verwirrt die Überschrift nicht unerheblich. Würde man sie wörtlich nehmen, müsste man zu der Erkenntnis gelangen: Wenn schon Rechtsanspruch auf einen Abschluss, warum dann nicht auf das Abitur? Grundsätzlich gilt: wenn man etwas aufwerten möchte (hier: den Hauptschulabschluss, der übrigens in Bayern noch einen echten Wert hat), erreicht man das natürlich nicht, indem man es von Gesetzes wegen allen zuweist.
