Lee International Helps Draft Model Carbon Trading Agreement ? CERSPA

Catherine Lee of Lee International is a Maine-based attorney that is active in the emerging international carbon trading markets for offsetting greenhouse gas emissions. She was in attendence at the Carbon Expo 2007 in Cologne, Germany and has several news items available about her firm's recent initiatives:
