FL - Judge seals criminal record of former deputy's wife (Jessica Wink) who had sex with 16-year-old

A judge this morning agreed to seal the criminal record of a 26-year-old former sheriff's deputy's wife arrested in 2007 after her husband turned over a video of her having sex with a 16-year-old boy. Jessica Wink's then husband, John Wink, received a call in August 2007 from German Armentano, a then 18-year-old who told him his wife had been having an affair with a 16-year-old. Armentano met with the deputy and showed him a video he had taped of Jessica Wink engaged in sexual acts with the boy, who investigators did not name because he was a juvenile. Armentano also appeared in the video but did not engage in any sex acts. According to detectives, Armentano showed John Wink the video as a result of an ongoing feud between him and Jessica Wink, then 22, and Armentano were arrested and charged with sexual performance of a child...continue to full post
