Can someone detained in a search w/ warrant, be charged with a crime related to the search if they were not arrested at the time of the search?

Can one be arrested for having knowledge of certain information that is being charged to one of the individuals arrested even if they were not involved with the crime that caused the search to be conducted? This information answers what this had been done for & it doesn't admit guilt to any one person. Can that person be charged in the case if they don't admit any guilt. At the time of the search that person probably could have been arrested, but was not.
