What kind of compensation should I expect for taking a bite out of a sandwich that had a used bandaid in it?

Upon taking my first bite into chicken salad sandwich, I bit into something tough and it would not break up. I thought perhaps it was gristle or something like that. But, when I couldn't get it to chew up, I took it out and discovered a NASTY USED BAND-AID. Imagine how I felt? I immediately went to the manager on duty. She apologized profoundly and acknowledged what had happend and took the sandwich and threw it away. I asked for it back, but she said she couldn't find it then. I did not challenge that at that point though I know she could have found it. The band aid has been recovered for evidence. The insurance company is overnighting the band aid to my doctor for testing. I also have an appointment for blood work.
