my boyfriend is a green card holder in the U.S.and is married here in the Philippines .. the marriage last for 2 years . his wife now gave birth from another man,he is planning to marry me here in the Philippines but the annulment procedure is quite long He wants to work out on becoming a U.S. citizen and plans to file a divorce on his wife. How is the procedure.?What civil status will he write on the INS form? will he still fill up married? I would be glad to know your reply.. thanks and more power..
