Do you think i will go to jail for recieving stolen property

A friend of mine let me borrow car which I believed was his, but which he had stolen. I was driving the car and saw police sirens. Since I was already on the run from something else, i ran from the police in the car. When I returned the car to my friend, he told me it was stolen and that we neeed to hide the car. When he went to jail, he told the police that i stole the car in order to reduce his sentence. The only two people testifying against me is him and my ex-girlfriend and she already told me the reason she said i stole it is because she was mad at me for breaking up with her. I have no proof she told me that. Should i try to fight the charge or should I accept a plea bargin. I do not want to go to jail because i have a great job and my life is finally going good.
