Can child support be terminated if a paternity test demonstrates the payer is not the biological father (PA)?

My brother's wife became pregnant while they were married. My nephew was diagnosed with Leukimia at age 5 after my brother and his wife had broken up and my brother had custody of my nephew. During treatment tests were done that established that my nephew was not my brother's biological son, however by that time my brother was a father to him and being as sick as he was didn't want to bring that up to his ex-wife. She now has custody of my nephew and is always suing for more child support and actually has had my brother put in jail for not being able to afford to keep up the payments. Does my brother have any recourse? The suspected biological father is now married to my ex sister in law. They all live in PA.
