How can I break my lease due to poor car parking facilities?

I NEED to break my lease for my own peace of mind. My car has just been towed again (for the 4th time) by a company contracted by my apartment management. This is a vulturous towing company that tows cars for any, even if slight, "justifiable" reason. My car was once almost towed a 5th time...the car was running outside for only 5 MINUTES while I unloaded HEAVY packages ALONE. The parking lot provided to the residents also FLOODS with about 6-12" of water when it rains heavily. No one CAN OR WILL park there when this happens. I cannot live this way! I am being harrassed and It is driving me completely broke and insane! The apartment management refuses to help me in ANY way or rectify the parking conditions. I just want to leave by the end of next month...I am not even looking to get my security deposit back. I am almost CERTAIN my car will be towed as I, alone, try to move my things to a new apartment community. I need some legal assistance/consultation.
