Renters destroying rental house


The renters that i have took my furnace out of rental house, riped all the wall paper off the walls, broke the windows busted the door off its hinges, plus broke the leaded glass out of the door, door is just leaning against the door way, they havent payed rent in 2 months, they riped up all the carpeting and linoleum threw the whole house, now they wont let me in to repair the damages, now they said their removing my shed and taking it some place. ive gave them an eviction notice, they have until june 30th to move.ive brought a police officer with me to the rental house, he keeps saying just wait the 30 days and see what else they take and destroy. What can be done?
