Haressment at the job site


I work in a goverment office and since 1999 an employee has been harassing me calling and hanging up on me. Trying to catch my hand in a door. Driving in front of me and slaming on her brakes. The goverment agnecy has not talk to this indivdual. She give me dirty daggers and if I tried to get into the evaltor when she is in there she screams. On no you are not to get in this evalator. Should I get a restraining order for this person. They keep telling me that it is my word against her.
