Quick claim deed


My exwife got a judgement aganst me. years latter i remarried and bought a home i told my new wife that I was not sure about owning real property so soon . our realtor told us I could file a quick claim deed. i sign it to protect my wife from my ex wife.
Nine years latter my 2 second wife and I are talking divorce. she tells me I have no intitlement to half the house equity. I live in Washinton What is Considered Community Property.
(RCW 26.16.010 through RCW 26.16.220)
All property acquired during the marriage is community (marital) property, except property and pecuniary rights owned before marriage and that acquired afterwards by gift, bequest, devise, or descent, and the rents, issues and profits thereof.
