What are my rights to privacy under a cohabitation agreement?

I live in a house under a cohabitation agreement. The other party moved out two months ago but the house is still in her name. She took my signed copy of the cohabitaion agreement and refuses to return it or acknowledge its existense. Does she have the right to come into the house without written notice? Can she go through my belongings to search for her things? Is the Agreement valid if I do not have my signed copy? I live in Texas.
