Intrusive landlord
I feel deceived by my landlord. They quoted MUCH lower utilities that I actually pay and I pay the gas for a dryer in my basement they use! I rent a small home next door to theirs. They go into my basement through a small door which they crawl in to use dryer. Also, he has a HUGE drug problen- his wife (also landlord) called the police and warbned me not to let him in as he might rob me, so all my valuables have been moved to another place! What an inconvenience. What can I do? I pay rent on time, in full each month. It is unsafe, the door from outside is a simple latch, once inside the basement only a small door seperates it from my entrance. I feel so unsafe.
