NYC Condominium Conversion


A New York City rental building is planning on being converted to condominium, but the units are not currently being sold and are only being offered as short term rental leases. If I move in now and take a short term lease, will they be obligated to offer me the same purchase options as renters that lived in the building before the announcement?
