How can a bank charge extra fees however refuse to give a reciept for the extra amounts?


I paid off a car in excess of 15g and was charged 200.00 extra. Also a week later my home mortgage of 59939.18 but was provided a reciept for exactly 900.00 less on that note. When asked I was informed by the vice president she could not provide one for the extra charges. Sounds like someone could put that money in their pocket as its not accounted for in paperwork. Other than the cashiers check in which I paid them off with.
