Neighbor threatened to"break my head" if he sees me off my property - recourse?
HOA in Calif. detached single family homes - neighbor's constantly playing in my yard & my constant saying "stay out of my yard" - this time I say "if you dont like it, tell your dad to come see me" - dad & friend come - theyre on sidewalk & I'm on my front porch - dad suggests I come onto the street to discuss & 3 times says he'll break my head if he catches me on the street(off my property) - I sent e-mail to HOA & waiting for response - should I also go to the cops & file report?
