Can I claim In Loco Parentis in the State of Tennesse

I am going through a child support hearing soon and I have a daughter with my ex wife. My new wife has 2 children whom moved to tennessee with her nearly 3 years ago and I provide 80 to 90% of care and support for them daily, through the year. They see their dad approx 80 days a year which lasts between summer break, christmas break and sometimes spring break. My wife is also expecting and due in april. Can a judge stop the ex's pursuit of CS if I claim In loco Parentis for my 2 step sons if I literrally am their father figure for the majority of the year? What can I do as if I start to pay my ex child support it iwll financially cripple me?
