Can i sue my employer for breach of Contract?

I became employed my a company in apr. 2008 in oct. 2008 the company said thet our contract had expired that month and that we no longer had a contract. However, they still honor some parts of the contract but not all parts. For example the company has a no call off policy in the contract and they are still writting people up according to the old contract but has failed to give out any raises or bonuses for almost a year. We are still upholding our end of the old contract by coming in to work but they are not paying us which is their end of the contract.
