Cause for termination
My supervisor told me the morning of March 17th she would terminate me in two weeks on March 31, 2006, because I sent her a training request and carbon copied all persons required to sign the training request form. She stated I broke a chain of command by carbon copying the other persons required to sign the form. What recourse do I have? Note: I work for a private company.
